The formulation of the problem in this study is how to develop the soul of a leader in early childhood. This study aims to describe the soul of leader kids from an early age so that children can become leaders for themselves and others in the future. The method used is a qualitative type with a phenomenological approach. With observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. While the validity of the data using triangulation. The research subjects were three children with 7-grade teacher informants with the following criteria: 1) Aged six years and over, 2) Male sex, 3) Have complete parents. In the research results of informants, 57 % say that the spirit of leadership appears before entering school so that it does not entirely affect school activities. In comparison, informants 43 % stated that the soul of the leader kids appeared when they entered school. |
| Enhancing Interest in Reading Through Letter Puzzle Media in Early Childhood | Author : Irwansyah Irwansyah, Riska Nadya Meilani, Khairuddin Lubis, Armanila Armanila* | Abstract | Full Text | Abstract :The ability to read is essential for early childhood; seeing the current demands of elementary schools, students who will enter the elementary school level must have the ability to read, so this is urgent for early childhood educators to pay attention to oriented media to current needs. Therefore, this research seeks to enhance interest in reading through the media of letter puzzles in early childhood. Moreover, it aims to discover the inhibiting and supporting factors in increasing interest in reading in early childhood. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation are complemented by data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results showed an increase in early childhood reading interest by using letter puzzle media in childrens learning activities; this was indicated by the average child achieving learning mastery, meaning developing according to expectations. All of this cannot be separated from the supporting and inhibiting factors in terms of time, childrens mood, and media design employed in the teachers teaching and learning process. Thus, letter puzzle media is an alternative media teacher can use to enhance interest in reading in early childhood. It also helps teachers minimise time and creates a fun learning process for children. |

To adapt to these changes, we must accept who we are and continue to acquire new knowledge. Gadgets are often used as a tool that facilitates communication in human life, both in the general and family environments, which also impacts childrens social emotionality. This research aims to describe gadgets impact on early childhood social-emotional development. This study uses a qualitative method. research data obtained through observation and interviews used three stages in analysing the data: reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The population of this study is 20 parents and three parents with children aged 5-6 years with different professions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the impact of Gadgets contributes to the formation of childrens social and emotional development; the effect of gadgets on the positive side is that children can develop and improve themselves; on the negative side, that occurs in children, namely the loss of awareness of their social life with their environment. |

The research approach used was quantitative with pre-experimental types. The research design used was single-group, pretest-posttest. The population of this study was all students at Nadira Kindergarten, Takalar Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so the subjects in this study were seven children aged 5-6 years. The data collection technique used in this study was the NST questionnaire, interviews, and Mediated Learning Experience Rating Scale (MLERS) instrument. The methods used are descriptive statistical analysis and nonparametric statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test. The results of hypothesis testing using the SPSS application show that the data Asymp (2-tailed) = 0.018 <0.05, then Ha is accepted, and H0 is rejected. The results showed an effect of applying the Mediated Learning Experience (MLE) method on the quality of interaction between mothers and children aged 5-6 years in learning assistance activities

They are invited to observe, identify patterns, collect data, and make conclusions based on evidence obtained through scientific procedures. These skills are essential in the scientific method and strengthen a childs scientific abilities. This study aimed to determine the skills of childrens science processes when playing outdoors. This experimental research with a type of quasi-experimental design, using samples of students in group B of Taman Paud Doa Ibu Kindergarten, totaling 20 students. The results showed that outdoor play activities improved students scientific abilities with indicators of childrens ability to observe, compare, and classify. The results of this study also show that childrens enthusiasm for learning and give birth to childrens feelings of curiosity are very high.

This study aimed to determine the effect of attachment on the autonomy of children aged 5-6 years. Using a quantitative research approach with the ex-post facto method. The population used in this study were 176 children aged 5-6 years in RA throughout the District of Jombang - Cilegon, Banten. Sampling using the Slovin formula as many as 63 children. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and data analysis techniques to test hypothesis t. Based on the findings regarding attachment to the independence of children aged 5-6, there are children with high autonomy, the extension of parents is high, and vice versa. Childrens independence is seen in childrens behavior while in the school environment and outside of school. The results of attachment research on the autonomy of children aged 5-6 years show a significant value of 0.034 <0.05, so it can be interpreted that there is a substantial influence between attachments on the independence of children aged 5-6 years.

In Kindergarten, some children in learning are less active in delivering questions and answers in play activities and questions and answers from teachers. This study aimed to improve language development in children with Mystery Sock Educational Play Tool. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on purposive sampling techniques, the data source is teachers, children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten. The results showed that based on the findings obtained by the researchers, the first data on the cognitive abilities of students during the first cycle of learning were four children in the category of developing as expected and increasing by 18 children to 22 children in cycle II in the designing very well and developing as expected. Based on this presentation, the mystery sock game can help kindergarten students language development. |
